Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 nationwide.

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Pak Sole is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
